Getting ready...

Joels little sister is getting married in a couple of weeks. So we were at Pilchers house on Saturday trying to clean the yard up and get things ready for the reception. Kaleb and his cousin Rori were lucky enough to play with the jeep grandpa got. It's not often that there is a battery on it. They had lots of fun. While Rori was driving, she ran over a basketball and high centered the jeep. It was pretty funny.

Avree's Birthday!

So I'm a little late, but it was Avree's birthday on Friday, the 27th. She turned 2 years old. Crazy. I can't believe it's been 2 years since she came into our lives. She has been the best baby and sweetest little girl. She is so much fun to have in our home. She's definately hitting the 2 year stage with tantrums and hitting, but she still melts our hearts when she gives you big hugs and kisses.
For her birthday, we went snowmobiling and then had grandparents over for cake and ice cream. She loved it all. Thanks grandmas and grandpas for making her feel so special and loved. Happy Birthday Avree.

Twilight Madness

I know, I know, total NERD ALERT! Some of my fun neighbors decided to get dressed up and head over to Walmart in Riverton to get the Twilight movie. I never do stuff like this. But thanks to my gorgeous friend Kristen, we were there. Needless to say, not many people dressed up for the event. So I tried to tone it down when we got there. Amongst the insanity, we got super lucky. Arriving at 11:30, we were able to get the movie we wanted, got autographs by one of the actresses in the film and were able to bypass the huge lines to buy the movie. Luck was on our side. I ran into a friend from high school and some of our young women in the ward. It was a lot of fun. Thanks Tiffany and Kristen for a memorable evening.

My friend Ambria from school. Thanks for letting us get in with you.

Aren't we hot!

Wow! Pretty scary. LOL

Island Park 2009

As a tradition in Joel's family, they go to Island Park Idaho to go snowmobiling. Well this year we rented a cabin with some of his family and our friends. All in all it was a pretty good trip. Besides the sick puking, diarrhea children amongst us, it was fun. Unfortunately Joel's snowmobile broke down the 2nd to last day we were there. But we still had some nice rides and the weather was perfect.

the abominable pink monster!

Feeding the fish and ducks at Big Springs. They love this!

Most of our group. At times we'd have at least 15 snowmobiles. Super Fun!

Kaleb loves to eat the snow. Yuck!

Our friend Jed and his daughter TaLyn.

In the car we got bored, so I started having the kids make silly faces. They loved it.

Ooh, good one, Avree.
